Our Story
EasyWrite started the way most honest projects do: out of personal frustration.
A few years ago, two of us were working late on a product launch. One was a developer, the other handled marketing and content. The developer could ship features in hours. The content side? A different story entirely — three hours spent staring at a blank document, a lukewarm cup of coffee, and a deadline that was not moving.
We started looking for tools that could help. Most required a credit card just to try them. Others were so loaded with options that figuring out the interface felt like a second job. The ones that were genuinely simple were also genuinely useless.

We launched a rough version, shared it in a few online communities, and within a week had more users than we expected. People were using it for college essays, cover letters, blog drafts, product descriptions, social media captions — things we had never even planned for. That told us we were on to something real.
